Every change kept
Sales, deliveries, counts and moves between locations each go into the item's history, with the reason, so you always know why a number changed.
Low stock at a glance
On hand shows red at or below an item's low-stock level and amber just above it. Filter to just those items and add each to an order from its page.
Purchase orders and receiving
Order from your suppliers, receive what came in good shape, and keep damage claims and back orders on the order until they're settled.
A reorder list by supplier
The Reorder report groups what's low by its usual supplier, with how many to order, and starts the purchase order for you.
Packs and cases
Buy by the case and sell by the bag. A case breaks down into what it holds, and each bag takes its share of the case's cost.

Print price labels with barcodes, and see what your stock is worth at cost, by category and by location.

- Do sales take stock out on their own?
- Yes. Each sale takes its items out of stock at the location it came from, a moment after it's saved.
- Can I have more than one location?
- Yes, such as a shop, a storage unit and a vehicle. Move stock between them and see what's at each.
- Can I bring my stock over from Shopify?
- Yes. Import your products, then your stock from Shopify's inventory export, and choose where each Shopify location's stock goes.
