Open Inventory, then Reports. There are three, one tab each.
Value
What your stock on hand is worth at cost: in total, by category, and by location. An item that comes from a pack is valued at its share of the pack's cost.
Items in stock with no cost aren't in the value; the page says how many, so you can add their costs (on the Prices tab of Items). Stock below zero counts as nothing.
Reorder
Items at or below their low-stock level, in all your locations together, grouped by their usual supplier. Each shows what's on hand, its low-stock level, and how many to order: what brings it back up to its low-stock level (at least one). Order more if you like.
Start an order opens a new purchase order to that supplier with those items, quantities and last costs filled in. Change anything you need to, then save it.
To set an item's low-stock level, open it and choose its Low stock tab. To set its usual supplier, change its details.
Changes
For the dates you choose, how each item's stock changed:
- Sold: sales (less any changed or deleted).
- Received: deliveries from suppliers.
- Counted: differences found when counting.
- Damaged: counts recorded as damaged.
- Moved: in and out between locations.
- Other: opening stock, and packs broken down.
The items that changed most come first. With more than one location, choose one, or see them all.
