IAPZ Sales brings together everything your business sells, wherever it's sold, so you can see it all in one place.
Set up your business
The first time you open Sales, set up your business. Sales belong to the business, not to you personally, so others can work in it later.
- Enter its legal name, as registered (for example, "IAPZ Technology Inc.").
- Choose its country and province, territory or state. The currency follows the country; change it if you need to.
- Check the time zone: a sale's date is worked out in it.
- Choose Set up business.
To change these later, open Settings, then Business.
Brands
Many businesses sell under other names: trade names, or "doing business as". In IAPZ these are brands. Every sale belongs to one brand, so you can see each brand's sales on its own, or all of them together.
Your legal name is your first brand, for selling under your own name. To add others:
- Open Settings, then Brands.
- Choose Add a brand, then enter its name, and if you like its email, website and phone.
- Choose Add brand.
To change a brand, choose Change beside it. A brand you no longer use can be archived: its sales keep it, and you can Restore it from Show archived. Your legal name can't be archived; it changes when you change the business's legal name.
Moving between apps
To move between the apps (Cashflow, People, Sales, Inventory and Settings), choose the app's name at the very top of the menu, then the one you want. On a phone, tap More first.
