1. Products
Shopify's product export becomes your items, with their prices, costs and categories. You choose the brand and which taxes they're charged.
2. Stock
Shopify's inventory export fills in how many you have, and you choose where each Shopify location's stock goes.
3. Customers
Your customers come over with their details, ready for their sales to link to.
4. Orders
Each order becomes a sale, with its items, discounts, GST and PST, customer, and whether it's been paid.
Check, then save
Before anything is saved, IAPZ shows what it found, what's new and anything it has to leave out, with the reason.
Import again, or undo
Import a newer export whenever you like, and nothing is counted twice. Undo any import from the same page.
Questions
- What doesn't come over yet?
- Products with variants, like sizes or colours, are added by hand for now. Gift cards aren't items.
- I sell online. What happens to my web store?
- IAPZ doesn't host a web store. If you sell with WooCommerce, IAPZ keeps its products, prices, descriptions, photos and stock in step with your items.
- Do imported orders change my stock?
- No. They happened in Shopify, and Shopify's stock counts already include them.
