IAPZ Small Business

IAPZ Small Business is the set of apps we're building for small shops that have outgrown a single tool but don't want a different system for every job. It's in daily use at a retail store, and it's shaped by that store's counter, stockroom and books.

Sales covers the counter and the office. The point of sale runs on a phone: tap the home-screen icon, enter a four-digit code, and sell, with a custom item, a discount or a customer a tap away, and a big Charge button that takes payment in one tap. Invoices and quotes go out as PDFs, and customers who pay later have an account with a running balance.

Inventory keeps count of every product across locations, with stock counts, transfers, purchase orders and receiving, price labels with barcodes, and reports on stock value and what to reorder. A bulk editor changes categories, taxes and brands for hundreds of items at once.

People holds the customers, suppliers and organizations, their notes, their sales and what they owe, and their marketing consent.

Everything is connected, so a sale links to its customer and items, an item shows who bought it, and a stock change opens the sale or purchase order behind it. Moving from Shopify is a few clicks: products, stock, customers and orders each come across with a check first and an undo after.
