Calendar, in Cashflow's menu, shows your transactions by week or by month: both what has cleared and what's planned. On a phone, it's under More.
- Choose Week or Month at the top, and move with the arrows. Today brings you back.
- To see one account, choose Calendar on that account's page.
- Choose accounts at the top, as on the overview. Each day shows the balance of those accounts at the end of that day, in red when it's below zero, so you can see where money gets tight.
- Planned transactions have a dashed outline; cleared ones are solid. Overdue ones are outlined in red and stay on their own date. ⚡ marks ones that clear automatically.
- Click a transaction to open it.
Move a transaction to another day
On a computer, drag a transaction onto another day.
- A planned transaction moves straight away. Choose Undo on the message to put it back. An occurrence of a repeating transaction moves on its own; the rest of the series stays as it is.
- A cleared transaction asks first, because moving it changes your account's past balances. Choose Undo afterwards if you change your mind.
- Balance adjustments can't be moved.
On a phone
The month shows each day with a dot for each transaction: filled for cleared, hollow for planned. Tap a day to list its transactions below. The week lists every day's transactions.
To move a transaction on a phone, tap it and change its date.
